I have been trying to be a little more organised and actually plan my families meals and shopping list.
This week's meal plan in below.
Breakfast | Dinner | |
Monday | Yogurt and berries | Steak and veg with mushroom sauce |
Tuesday | Weetbix and banana | Maple glazed pork |
Wednesday | Soft boiled eggs with toast soldiers | Tomato and zucchini pasta |
Thursday | Mushrooms on toast | Salmon and potato salad with horseradish pesto |
Friday | Scrambled eggs with tomatoes | Basil, lemon and garlic roasted chicken |
Saturday | Ricotta pancakes with berries and yogurt | Lamb and feta burgers with minted yogurt |
Sunday | Home made muffins | Grilled fish and chips |
I tend not to plan lunch as the middle of the day is not always at home so sometimes we eat lunch out. But I am planning on adding it to the plan as we go along.
